A flower-garden roofline in Littleton
Barbara’s project shows a familiar maintenance problem: leaves collected in the open gutter beside her flower garden. The before-and-after photographs show that same roof edge before and after micro-mesh gutter guard installation.

The visible change is gutter coverage. These photographs do not establish a measured long-term drainage result or eliminate the need for ongoing care. They are genuine Colorado Gutter Guard customer images, shared with Barbara’s permission.
Planning installation around the home and garden
For a roofline beside planted areas, tell us about garden beds, gates, narrow passages and other access considerations when arranging the estimate. We will review the actual gutter and roof configuration before recommending an installation method.
- Point out the affected runs. Note where leaves collect or overflow occurs, using ground-level observations.
- Discuss existing condition. Leaks, loose gutters or damaged sections need separate assessment; guards are not a repair for those issues.
- Confirm the work area. Identify access restrictions before an installation date is agreed.
Every Littleton home is different. A photograph of another installation is useful context, not a product or attachment specification for your roof.
Cleaning, preparation and a clear written estimate
Gutter cleaning is included with guard installation. We inspect suitable existing gutters, measure the proposed protection areas, discuss preparation and identify any separate repair needs in the written scope.
Compare the included gutter runs, actual product, installation approach and final price. See our gutter guard cost guide for a quote-comparison worksheet and our installation guide for the process and suitability questions.
Realistic care and lifetime coverage
Leaves and other debris can still settle on top of guards. Periodic checks and the installed product’s care guidance remain important. If you notice recurring overflow or a visible leak, describe it to the installer rather than assuming the guards resolve every drainage issue.
Colorado Gutter Guard’s lifetime warranty covers gutter guard materials and installation labor, including normal wear and tear. Gutter replacement is excluded. Request the written warranty with your estimate; read the confirmed coverage summary.
